2002 I had spent quite a lot of time in the UK before moving there. The one thing that really was a bit of a shock was, in the pre cable tv days, the lack of tv stations compared to the US. There was some excellent programming, but just not enough stuff for us flickers
2002 My typical day now revolves around getting in a good workout, (if it`s a training day) & doing some calls for restaurant biz. Then, for the rest of the day, I either go down to the beach with my girlfriend, or we do some shopping. When evening rolls around, I go down to my restaurant, eat a great meal, talk to some of the customers, then, if my girlfriend has the night off, we usually head into Hollywood & check out some of the clubs. Needless to say, apart from the creative part of the job, being in a band is nowhere near as fun as what I`m doing now.

2002 The June 4th date is simply when we will have possesion of the restaurant. Our kitchen staff will be in place, so the existing menu will be prepared by the Via Veneto chefs, but we will be introducing a selection of dishes from our future menu as specials, for the interim. I will definitely be there on Tues. the 4th, but an official opening night party is most likely going to happen after we close escrow. Thank you for your interest.

2002 The last pet I had who lived with me was a cat in London named Dougal, who belonged to a neighbor. He adopted me in 1998, & he spent the next 3 years with me, probably as much as 18 hrs per day. We were very, very close, & I miss him a lot!! Ironically, his owner was selling her house at the same time that mine was on the market. So, even if I had remained in London, I still would have lost my great, sweet, little friend. In Rio we have a beautiful white boxer named Cristal, a siamese named Tallulah, & a white persian named Gaya. Sadly, Gaya`s 3 month old baby named Chanel died on Jan. 30th.
2001 There are so many worthwhile causes to contribute to, but I feel that anything that deals with children, whether helping to find a cure for some horrible disease that is affecting them, or just gathering the funding to provide for a future they so richly deserve, is something I will always feel willing to offer my support to.

2000 not quite, i was watching brasil vs denmark or it might have been holland , but anyway brasil was down a goal & this was in the knockout phase,so they had to win or they would be out of the competion. practically the whole team was shaven headed & i said to myself 'if my team wins, off w/ the fucking piece , it's about time i go au natural. midnight on independence day hours after the match, i kept my promise to myself. life than became so much easier, no hair products, hair dryers & the time it took me to get ready was now down to like 5 minutes. one of the best things is , for ex. , on long flights. you get off the plane looking just as good as when you got on. it had nothing to do with fabien & man that guy was wearing some of the worst hairpieces i'd ever seen before he shaved! check out those scars, yikes! looks like some failed attempts at plugs & scalp reduction surgery. oh 2 b a boy!!! over & out! |
